The small island of Contoy is part of the Mexican Caribbean; it is located in front of the Yucatan coast and is home to one of the most impressive marine animals: the whale shark, which comes each year looking for warm waters. Adventure activities are: snorkel to admire the numerous aquatic species. We will also have the opportunity to admire dolphins, mantas, bird species and many other great animals in wild.

What to Wear
Bring towels, comfortable clothes and shoes, swimming suit. We also recommend to enjoy these adventure activities to bring hat, long sleeve cotton shirt and pants, impermeable jacket, hygienic personal stuff, and extra cash money for souvenirs, photo & video, etc.
Tour Notes
- Children under 8 pay 70% from the adult fee; the minimum age to participate is 4 years.
- The 5% of the tourist fee is donated for projects to protect the nature along the Maya zone
- It is important to be ahead of time for your program. 10 minutes before would be enough.
- This adventure tour has a limited capacity of 10 persons per boat, so we strongly recommend to reserve in advance
- Due to the care we take of the environment, we only recommend biodegradable sun block lotion and repellent of insects.
